Asetenapa co-operative started its formation with an administrative strength of only two (2) staff, currently Asetenapa has a staff strength of 46 and five standing committees namely;
- Premium Committee
- Control Committee
- Child Labour Committee
- Env. Committee
- Welfare Committee

Who we are
Asetenapa co-operative had in 2018 a total membership of 120 which constituted of 20 females and 100 males , Asetenapa through community engagements increased its membership from 120 to 325 which represent 170.83% increase in membership which it eventually took to audit for Fairtrade certification in 2019.

Worked We Have Done
Our recent projects
- Asetenapa for the second time after its formation organized farmer awards with support from Tony’s Chocolonely to reward ten (24) well-deserving members. Below are pictures of some of the awardees
- Asetenapa with support from FAO through its Forest and Farm Facility trained 30 youth made up of 7 females and 23 males in organic compost production,
- The cooperative with support from the Suhum health directorate organized a two day health screening for cooperative members, members participation was great and has hence become a yearly activity for the cooperative.

- An eight-seater modern toilet facility constructed by the cooperative for residents of the Obretema community.
